Day trip to Sta. Rosa, Laguna, to check out Nuvali.
Clear blue skies. Perfect weather for a drive.
Motorized taxiboats can take you around the man-made lake.
Fish feeding area. Jacob would like this.
You can rent a bike for P40. I noticed a lot of people bringing their own bikes too.
Restaurants at Solenad.
Dirty ice cream.
The lookout point. We climbed up for a look, and it’s steeper than it seems.
View from the top, one of the Nuvali developments.
Lots of trees, and open skies all around. There were families having simple picnics and kids throwing frisbees.
We had sushi, tofu steak, and tempura for lunch at a little Japanese restaurant called Domo Tomo.
There is also a variety of casual and chain restaurants such David’s Tea House, Recipes, Chubby’s Rib Shack, Pig Out by The Bistro Group, Crisostomo by Florabel, etc. They also have retail stores displaying mostly sale merchandise. Complete list of Nuvali shops and restaurants here.
