On Fathers’ Day, John, Jacob, and I checked into The Exchange Regency for their hotel’s dry run.
We were there upon the invitation of my friend, Katrina, whose family owns the property. Check out the chic interiors of the hotel lobby:
We stayed in a well-appointed 2-bedroom suite on the 6th floor. The suite comes complete with a kitchen, refrigerator, extra storage, dining table, and even dinnerware and cutlery. Very nice, and the entire suite smelled so good too!
This is Bedroom 1.
And this is Bedroom 2.
The bathrooms were quite tiny, but functional and clean.
The hotel provides toiletries, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shaving, grooming, and sewing kits.
The living area, where we monkeyed around.
And entertained guests…

And munched on snacks…
And watched TV. Each room has a DVD player, and John and I had a Nikita Season 2 marathon after Jacob’s bedtime.
The Exchange Regency is actually a condotel, so while certain floors are reserved for hotel operations, you can also buy yourself a unit from one of the residential floors.
We enjoyed the hotel amenities on the 3rd floor. The hotel has a really nice pool area!
Kiddie pool for the little ones.
And a cozy-looking jacuzzi.
And a play area that the kids loved.
Aside from all the above amenities, the hotel also provides free wifi, daily newspaper, complimentary breakfast, laundry and dry cleaning, limousine service, and more.
Hotel guests enjoy complimentary breakfast at the Benassi Alimento e Caffe located on the ground floor. It’s a lovely little place to linger over coffee and enjoy breakfast!
John and I both ordered the Beef Tapa set which we enjoyed!
Beef Tapa with eggs, atsara, garlic rice, P295
We also shared an order of perfect pancakes! Crispy on the outside, fluffy and creamy on the inside.
Pancakes with fruit cup, P295
Benassi serves Illy coffee, and will be introducing their all-day menu very soon. I’ve heard they will be offering St. Cinnamon cinnamon rolls as well, as they are owned by the same family.
We really enjoyed our meal and I can see myself returning for breakfast or brunch soon!
A big thank you to our sponsor, Katrina, and The Exchange Regency’s Hazel Novelles! John, Jacob, and I had such a fun time at your hotel and look forward to going back.
