My short-lived affair with Instagram

So I kind of stopped updating my blog, and it was largely because things got really busy for me.  But it was also partly because I got hooked om Instagram.

I started posting on Instagram around late September 2012, and loved the instant gratification of uploading photos in real time and getting instant feedback from Instagram friends.  I also loved looking at other people’s gorgeous photos throughout the day.

But when I found out that Instagram would soon be selling users’ photos to advertisers without notification or compensation, that was it for me.  Unless there is an official announcement from Instagram that says my pictures are my own and they don’t have the right to use them (and there’s already been some talk about the possibility of this), I’m definitely deleting my Instagram acount before their deadline of January 16, 2013.

Here are screenshots of  all my Instagram photos for the past 3 months.  Yup, all 225 of them!
