Just recently, Jacob and I went ice cream tasting at Sebastian’s.
We tried salted butter caramel, sapin-sapin, and cornflake milk. I loved them all!
We ended up getting a pint of Cornflake Milk because one taste had me wanting more.
Said to be inspired by Momofoku Milk Bar’s cereal milk, this ice cream was created to taste like the sweet milk from the very bottom of your bowl of morning cornflakes.
And that’s exactly what it tastes like! It almost doesn’t seem like eating ice cream. More like eating really cold, really creamy, really good sweet milk with soggy toasted cornflake bits. You won’t be able to put down your spoon.
